职位描述：
1. Assistant to Technical Service Managers to complete their marketing mission:
1） Collecting marketing information on related topics through online research or magazine, off-lane events, interview with customers
2）Assist information collection for new product development gateway (KRS/NFP)
3）Assist to organize technical seminar/training, exhibition/trading show;
4）Assist to prepare sales aids, such as product catalogue/brochure, TDS/SPEC, etc.
5）Administrator for technical service trial tools;
6）Assist to handling sample distribution;

2. Prepare monthly Asia Pacific Filtration complaint report;
3. Participate TS activities, such as NPD promotion, Lab/Plant trials, etc.
1) Assist on NPD presentation material preparing;
2) Assist on tools preparing at Lab or plant trials and assist to do trials record, etc. if it is requested by Technical Service managers;
3) Participate lab or plant trial report preparing and relative information collection;
4) Assist Technical Service Managers to do NPD presentation

4. Assist Technical Service Managers/Director to complete daily management for technical service department
1) Organize monthly and quarterly TS Department meeting;
2) TS department office stationery administration;
3) Daily communication with TS managers about reports, travel plan, NPD trial plan, global and EMEA/Asia NPD meeting, KRS/NFP progress, etc.
4) Other requests from TS Director.

Position requirement:
a) Knowledge
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or MBA related field, Chemical background is preferred
b) Skills and Attributes
1) Good research and analytical skills
2) Intelligent about marketing trend and information, good business sense
3) Sufficient English in oral and written level
4) Good presentation skill, proficient in Microsoft office software e.g. Power point, Excel, Word
5) Good communication skills
6) Proactive, Capable to be working under pressure
7) Ready to frequent travel, once a month in normal case.
