Main Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of direct sales in assigned segment. 负责指定的行业市场的直接销售任务
2. New product and business development in some assigned new segments. 负责新领域的新产品新业务的推广开发工作。
3. To assist sales manager in developing and maintaining good relationships and commercial support to customers / distributors / agent etc. To conduct customer visiting when necessary.协助销售经理发展与客户、代理商及分销商的沟通并提供商务支持, 必要时进行客户拜访;
4. Coordinate with customer service/finance/operation departments and other departments concerned in Imerys Group for all sales related activities.协调销售部与公司客户服务部、财务部、运营部门及集团内其他相关部门的业务沟通;
5. To collect market information, related national policy, market information, competitor analysis etc and communicate with the sales manager. 定期收集相关国家政策、市场用户、竞争对手、渠道等信息并与销售经理沟通;
6. To collect and consolidate and analyze sales reports and data on a regular basis. 定期对销售人员的报告和数据进行收集、汇总和分析;
7. To Coordinate conferences/ seminars & prepare market materials & maintain their update. 协助销售部组织会议、展会,准备相关资料并保持维护及更新;
8. To finish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
PROFILE
Required experience and knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with1-3 years working experience in industry territory with the chemical, polymer, filtration or related background.
2. Agriculture sales or marketing background will be preferred
3.? Good spoken and written in English
4.? Good communication skills and coordination skills
5.? Independent with strong trouble shooting skills
6.? Highly proficient in using MS office tool kit especially on Calendar Scheduling/Excel/PPT/Lotus/Word (Project – desired, but not required)
7.? Excellent time management and able to handle multi-tasks well and travel ability
8.? Work independently with team spirit
