 II. JOB SUMMARY/ 职位综述:
The Quartz Corp (TQC) is a world leading High Purity Quartz (HPQ) producer. The products are supplied to customers in a variety of end applications including the photovoltaic, semiconductor, optical and lighting industries.
The Quartz Corp Group owns mines and processing plants in the USA and Norway. Its two shareholders are major mineral manufacturers with long history.
China is the most important market for TQC. With the establishment of the China subsidiary, we are conducting sales activities through not only direct sales from Europe and the USA, but also bonded and non-bonded warehouses in China.
This important role will be part of the strategic China operation, working closely with commercial team both locally in China and also in Europe. The Customer service Coordinator will be responsible for sales support activities of the China entity and supporting TQC Norway related to Chinese customers.

III. JOB DIMENSION/职位范围
Key Relationship/主要工作关系:
Internal对内:
Sales team, Logistic/Lab/QA team of operation site, Finance team.
External对外:
Customers, Forwarding/Transportation agencies, Customs declaration agencies.

IV. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责
? To manage sales support related information within the ERP (IFS) system, processing orders correctly and accurately for domestic and direct sales from TQC Norway entity
? Follow up all issues ranging from generating sales documents (packing list, invoice and contracts), till goods delivered to customers
? Managing shipments from Norway, US, including ensuring documentation in place, arrival timing etc.
? Effectively communicate with customers, account managers in order to handle customer issues related to inquiries, orders, samples, complaints and exchange of products
? Following up inventory related issues, such as checking stock balances of warehouse stock lists, versus internal ERP system inventory reports, and report any deviation on weekly basis. This applies both China and Norway owned warehouses located in China.
? Assist sales to manage inventory allocation, and find best solutions for inventory shortage situations
? Facilitating sales team on payment collection
? Assist financial controller with part of the cashier work that is required by rule and regulation ensuring the segregation of duties
? Providing supports to commercial team when needed, related to trade show, customer events arrangements, translation of materials, marking activities related to material publishing via internet, or social media, websites maintenance in China

V.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求
a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景:
? University degree, or above, in business, international trade related subjects
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/相关经验专业知识资质:
? Above 3 years of experiences in the role of customer service, logistics, or other business related areas
? Holding a basic accounting certificate (preferred but not mandatory)

b. Skills and Attributes
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies/能力、个性特点和素质:
? Good command of English and Chinese languages, both written and spoken
? Ability to deal with IT systems (IFS or related ERP system). Good computer skills (Excel spreadsheets specifically)
? Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
? Willing to take initiatives, strong sense of responsibility, solution oriented
? Highly service minded, flexible and very detailed
? Pleasant personality, team player
? Good customer interaction experience would be beneficial
? Interested in commercial activities
