岗位职责：
1.了解个性化辅导流程；
2.建档，并建立及更新纸质档案和电子档案；
3.协调排课，做好学生、家长、老师沟通的桥梁，把个性化辅导的特点切实宣贯落实；
4.学习过程管理：电话回访、档案管理、学员管理、课时(消耗)管理；
5.投诉处理；
6.退费处理;
7.提高客户满意度，树立口碑，实现二次销售；
8.配合咨询部，教学部完成学习中心的教育教学任务；
9.完成中心和总部交代的其他任务；
工作态度:
1.要求有客户为先的服务精神，一切从帮助客户、满足客户的角度出发；
2.性格沉稳、善于倾听，有同理心、乐观积极；
3.敬业、勤恳，具有自我发展的主观意愿和自我学习能力；
4.热爱教学行业
工作时间：09:30-12:00,13:00-18:00
