职位描述：
To manage productive resources by planning and directing all aspects of production to meet or exceed all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale goals and objectives.
Manage, coach and motivate department associates to implement day-to-day operations.
Ensure a safe working environment and all product is manufactured and produced to meet or exceed customer and company standards.
Review available workforce and make adjustments to maximize their utilization.
Develop business plans, including performance reviews and salary adjustment plans.
Plan and participate with engineering to ensure all product launches and changes are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum of five years experience in manufacturing or engineering in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, problem solving and human relations skills.
Makes decisions that affect the performance of the production line(s).
Works within regional and global company policies.
