Job Descriptions:
-Coordination of order entry process.
-Reviewing letters of credit for applicable purchase orders.
-Organizing performance bonds for applicable purchase orders.
-Notify and arrange for outside inspections of customer orders
-Coordinate expedites and/or customer order changes.
-Organize consolidated customer shipments with HPS Logistics.
-Organize bookings with freight forwarders and HPS Logistics.
-Arrange for final delivery of customer orders.
-Review purchase orders to be certain requirements are adequately defined and documented; differences are resolved prior to order entry and HPS has the capability to meet contractual requirements.
-Coordinate resolution to customer complaints, warranty replacements and return goods.
-Resolve credit and accounts receivable issues.
-Process literature and sample requests for customers and Sales.
-Coordinate resolution to customer complaints, warranty replacements, return goods and any discrepancies.
Requirement：
-English is good (both oral English and written English) .
