1、职位概要:
做好各部门协调工作，做好客户服务工作。
2、工作内容:
根据ERP要求处理，输入公司销售数据，
保管，执行公司客户合同；
建立保管客户服务档案、质量跟踪及反馈；
协调物流，生产，财务有关客户发货，应收帐款等工作；
完成主管要求的其他指定工作。
配合公司ISO9001:2008及ISO14001:2004规定的相关任务。
3、任职资格:
学 历&工 作 经 验:
2年以上市场，客服或相关工作经验。
4、技能技巧:
有良好的文字表达能力，良好的英语基础；
熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。
5、态 度:
工作细致认真，谨慎细心，热情，积极主动；
工作效率高，责任心强，具有团队精神；
6、工作条件:
工作场所:办公室。
环境状况:舒适。
