1、负责公司所有岗位的人员招聘
2、根据公司经营目标，参与人才发展政策的制定，制定和完善公司人才发展方案，及相关的制度和流程，组织实施人才发展项目
3、组织制定员工招聘、录用、培训、考核、晋升、奖惩等人事管理的规章与标准，并监督执行；
4、做好企业人才库建设及人才储备管理工作
任职资格：
1、25-40岁，本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育类、工商管理等管理类专业优先考虑；
2、三年以上人事领域工作经验，能独当一面；
3、熟悉招聘、培训和人才发展体系构建和相关组织流程，有猎头经验的有限考虑；
4、具备良好的语言表达能力，并能熟练开发课程和具有良好的授课技巧；
5、具备企业培训体系、课程体系、人才发展体系搭建经验，有创业型企业经验者优先考虑；
6、良好的计划、组织、沟通协调能力，以及优秀的执行力和高度的团队协作精神 。
