任务与工作职责：
1.负责接听和转接电话，访客来访接待；
2.每天统计一线员工用餐人数并通知园区食堂，维护公共饭卡明细记录；
3.负责购买/发放办公用品，并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记；订购饮用水并记录数量；订购硒鼓（墨盒）、A4纸并做相应记录；
4.负责预订机票，酒店，印刷名片；
5.负责每月办公用品费用的统计，摊销，并提供给直接主管及财务部；
6.负责每月统计易耗品及快递费用，并提交给直接上司；
6.每月收集办公用品，易耗品，快递及其他费用发票，提交付款申请；
7.协助采购部做封样记录并把封样寄给供应商。
任职资格要求：
1. 年龄21至29岁. 大专以上学历，电子商务、文秘等相关专业；
3. 熟练使用办公设备和办公软件；
4. 熟悉前台接待的商务礼仪和办公室管理制度；
5. 有较好的语言表达能力，英语能力优先；
6. 有亲和力，热情大方且有责任心，能展现良好的职责态度和形象。
