MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要工作职责：
1. Activity Based Costing
2. Supplier Collaboration
3. Inventory Control and Reduction Programs
4. Data Analysis and Presentation Skills
5. Strategic Sourcing
6. New Component Introduction Projects
7. White Paper Supplier Qualification
8. Supplier market analysis
9. Procurement strategy development
10. RFQ preparation and Leadership
11. Manage the bidding process
12. Negotiation strategy / Negotiations
13. Reverse Auctions
14. Ongoing management of supplier at macro level, support plant level vendor management
15. Communication to senior purchasing, sourcing council, executive management, purchasing performance managers/operations, and group purchasing
16. Savings measurement, PPP (Purchasing Performance Plan), budget input
17. Supplier Quality
Requirement 要求:
1. BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related field.
2. MBA Preferred.
3. Years of experience required: 7+ in Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering)
4. Fluent English in written, reading and oral.
5. Fast learner and able to work independently.
6. Experience in Lighting is preferred.
