职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1、在当班值长的领导下，合理调整发电机无功功率，维持系统电压在正常范围
2、当班期间对全厂电气系统的安全、经济、稳定运行负责；
3、当班期间负责执行全厂电气设备的停、送电操作，负责执行厂用电系统的倒换及机组的并网、解列操作；
4、确保电气设备系统各项经济指标和生产任务的完成；
5、完成本专业设备及系统的班前、班中巡检工作；
6、办理本专业各类工作票和操作票，确保安全措施的实施；
7、参加班前工作例会，听取值长布置工作并汇报相关工作；核实巡检记录中有关设备的缺陷情况，填写、上交“缺陷票”，并跟踪确认相关消缺工作的完成；
8、做好交接班工作，认真填写交接班记录；
9、协助本专业工程师完成技术台帐、标准化建设工作
10、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务

二、任职要求
1、年龄28-40周岁；
2、电气相关专业大专及以上学历；
3、5年发电厂电气运行操作工作经验， 3年以上电气主操工作经验；
4、熟练使用计算机，能够准确判断电气设备异常状态，具有较强的故障处理能力；
5、良好的职业道德，工作认真细致，责任心强；
6、具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
