1、负责项目的合同拟定、审核、成本管理及预结算工作；

2、贯彻国家及地区有关定额、预算、价格等方面的规定，控制合同风险；

3、负责集团各项目的工程预算；

4、负责监督预算的执行、过程造价控制及工程验收结算；

5、负责统筹项目投资测算、工程预算编制、审核及招标标底的编制、签证管理、成本跟踪分析等工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，工程造价、电气工程、供热通风等专业，具备造价员、造价工程师等资质；

2、5年以上造价工作经验，水电预结算工程师经验3年以上；

3、熟练掌握工程造价和预决算流程，具备工程预算、结算及施工成本控制工作经验；

4、熟悉国家工程建设有关定额，了解工程施工工艺及材料、人工价格；

5、独立编制及审核工程成本测算，熟练使用广联达、CAD等相关软件；

6、能适应短期出差。
