6、具有领导和组织200人以上现代机械制造类企业的全面现代企业管理工能力。包括人力资源管理、生产管理、技术管理、质量管理、公司财务、法律知识； 或者快速适应和学习以上方面知识的能力。

待遇：

1、 基本年薪30万，根据业绩年终10-50万奖金；
2、 配备专用工作车辆；
