职位描述：

Position: GBS Process Expert - Track & Trace System Updates Wuhan

Key Tasks:

1. According to SOP, verify the transport data of related goods.

2. Update data in relevant system accurately and timely.

3. According to the demand of customer, generate report form timely and accurate.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Understand and agree with company's SOP and core value.

2. Cooperate with PA internal and external partners.

3. Good communication ability & time management ability.

4. No limitations for education background. Good communication skills in English, familiar operation of Office

Software, detail-oriented and have relevant experience is better.

5. Long-term adherence to the night shift (21:30 – 6:30), provided with preferential treatment.

工作职责：

1. 根据标准化操作流程审核收到的相关货物运输数据。

2. 及时准确地将数据录入到相关的系统。

3. 根据客户的要求及时准确地完成报表的制作。

任职要求：

1. 了解并认同公司的操作流程、价值观。

2. 具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力以及时间管理能力。

3. 学历不限，英语应用能力佳，能熟练运用办公软件，细心谨慎，有相关经验者佳。

4. 如能坚持长期夜班（21：30 – 6：30），待遇从优。
