职位描述：

Key Duties :
1. Documentation inputting and assign
a. Acquire and review the latest shipping knowledge, applying to the daily work smoothly
b. Get to know the latest DTX schedule and arrange the BL preparation properly
c. Prepare and sent First BL draft to customer for verification.
d. Forward customer's amendment request to the correct relevant local office
e. Distinguish type of emails and forward to the correct concerned party effectively and correctly.
f. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate coordinator and management

2. Problem SI handling
a. Check the completeness /correctness of SI, and verify problems with proper email manners
b. Coordinate and cooperate with relevant party to successfully solve unclosed cases.
c. Consolidate the unsettled problem si 4h prior to DTX and sent to PEX team.
d. Fill in problem SI handover list before duty off and make handing over
e. Assist and cooperate to solve urgent case
f. Following up back up team’s problem SI and pending/unsettled cases
g. Send TMS code request to GVA Data Center timely.

3. Performance control
a. Have a cross check to control and reduce manual mistakes
b. Have weekly meeting to share/emphasize updated shipping knowledge or make case sharing.
c. Turn over productivity /double-check-list to PEX team for record.
d. Make action plan according to teammates’ performance, aiming at improving/controlling whole team’s data quality.


Requirement :
-University graduate or above
-Good command in English, CET4 or above
-PC literate in MS Office
_At least 3 years working experience in the import transport documentation or shipping industry or similar field preferred
-Well understand local shipping operation and practice
-Good communication skill
-Be a self-starter and can work independently
