Main Purpose of the Job主要工作目的

1. Paticipate in cost reduction and quality inprovement project.参与降成本，质量提升活动。
2. Response for machine setup, machine adjustment for tool,fixture and others, makre sure machine to keep it''s high precision. 负责机床产品换型的调整，机床工模夹具的调整及机床精度保证。
3. Process quality validation, monitor and improvement action.现场生产产品的过程质量验证，监控和改进。
4. Training people.操作人员的培训。

Main Job Responsibility主要工作职责

1. Responsible for setting up, modifying, optimizing and monitoring high precision machining processes. 协助责任工程师完成安装、调试、修改、优化和监控高精度加工过程。
2. Timely monitor the machine's process precision, response for machine setup, adjuement and process validation.监控生产运行中的设备精度，具体实施机床换型及调整。
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any machining process issues as they arise.探测和解决机加过程中发生的问题。
4. Monitor/track/analyze capabilities for the processes and ensure quality and performance testing parameters are within specs.监控、跟踪、分析过程能力，确保质量和试验参数指标在规定范围。
5. Work with cross-functional teams troubleshooting machines to minimize down time. 与其他部门团队一起发现并解决工艺及设备问题，缩短停机时间。
6. Train operators in precision machining processes.在高精度加工过程方面培训操作人员。

Skills – Functional / Technical技能－实践/技术

1. BS degree and minimum of 2 years experience in a machining environment.中专以上学位，5年以上机加或机床调整方面工作经验。
2. Knowledge of and hands-on experience with machining processes.了解和具有机加过程实际操作经验。
3. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.具备一定Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel等计算机技能。

1. Self starter with excellent interpersonal skills.具备优秀的人际沟通技能。

Cummins Fuel Systems(Wuhan)Co, .Ltd(CFSW) was founded at February, 2007.It was the thirteenth company that Cummins invested in China and it was Solely Foreign-owned Enterprise with registered capital $10 millions.

The company produces fuel systems of diesel engine and related spare parts which including Cummins CCR Pump, CELECT Injector/Pump, and the product mainly focus on domestic market. It is the first time Cummins invest the fuel systems factory outside North-America after Indiana, Texas and Mexico Juarez.

Cummins Fuel Systems designs, develops and manufactures new fuel systems and remanufactures electronic control modules in the United States. In Mexico, it remanufactures Cummins and other's fuel systems. This business serves engines ranging from 9 to 78 liters.
