Key Responsibilities:
? Perform daily functions to ensure that the landside and airside operations run smoothly
? Perform and monitor ramp operations and baggage handling
? Provide excellent service to all customers in an efficient and professional manner
? Assist duty supervisor to monitor overall counter situation and gate operation during daily operation
? Handle flight arrival and any tight connection cases
? Manage flight disruptions & irregularities in an effective manner. Proactively coordinate with other carriers to ensure that passengers are well cared for and assisted when needed
? Conduct the pre-flight briefing and ensure that handling agents deliver services and products at KA/CX’s required standard
? Monitor and prepare handling agent performance record
? Be familiar with MPO / oneworld customer benefits and provide a high standard of global services to customers of KA/CX and oneworld partner airlines
? Foster excellent teamwork with KA team members and handling agents colleagues
? Build up and maintain good working relationships with airport authority, ground handling agents, CIQ and other suppliers to ensure facilitation of the operational processes, procedures and customer services
Requirements/Qualifications:
? University degree or above
? Relevant work experience in airlines is a plus
? Able to work shift duties and willing to work extended hours
? Can work under pressure and independently
? Good decision making, problem solving skills, organization skills and time management
? Possesses a strong sense of responsibility
? Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
? Good computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word and Excel
? Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
