职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
The position is in charge of handling administration related jobs within the company organization.
-Provide daily administration work include but not limited to reception, ticket booking, hotel reservation, visitor arrangement, office housekeeping, etc;
-Assist in safety equipments and office order, take care the cost as well;
-Service supplier management like shuttle bus, 3rd party car, canteen, cleaning, etc;
-Set up/arrange/support plant events like trainings, meetings, outing, opening ceremony; etc;
-Monitor office facilities and check the quantities for fixed assets;
-Arrange delivery and distribution of outgoing and incoming document/parcel/samples.
-Plant document control following ISO requirements.
-Other assignments from supervisor.
-Employee on/off coordination.
-Attendance/Over time/leaves record and report.
-Communication documentation such as monthly meeting minutes, internal notice etc.
Job Requirements
- Have college degree and above;
- At Least 3 years admin experiences in MNC plant;
- Good computer skill such as office;
- Strong communication skills and team work spirit, customer service sense oriented;
- Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
Key Performance Indicator
-EHS, 5S;
-Plant document up to date;
-Quarterly service provider performance review;
-Office supplies inventory control;
-Timely update of company bulletin boards;
