职位描述：
诚聘宠物食品、用品外贸业务助理（熟悉外贸行业）。
1.从事外贸行业或者外贸行业1年以上工作经验，吃苦耐劳、勤奋工作（有宠物食品、用品行业经验优先）。
2. 性格沉稳，为人大方，做事细心谨慎。
3.准确及时处理上级领导各类邮件，文件或报表，按照计划合理安排工作。

岗位要求：
1. 大学英语4级及以上，听说读写良好。
2. 国际贸易或英语相关专业， 从事相关业务跟单工作1年以上；
3. 能独立跟踪、控制订单的生产过程，且正确的处理订单操作过程中所发生的问题；
4. 熟悉计算机操作，熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备一定的数据统计和分析能力；
5. 有较强的语言表达能力、协调能力、组织能力和沟通能力；对工作有热情，工作细致，条理清晰，责任感强。
6. 愿意短期出差

具体工作职责如下：
Job Description
1. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
2. Record order details in company’s systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis. Generate report weekly
3. Liaise with vendors and internal parties for information and documentation
4. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
6. Responsible for keeping track of samples/yarn inventory
7. Assist in packing all samples/collections
8. Communicate with merchandising, sales and design team on samples sent/received status
9. Communicate with design team in Europe, sales and merchandising team on sample status and scheduling
10. Help design with all test samples as well as planning and upkeep
11. Responsible for the arrangements of sample library
12. Liaise with vendors and internal parties for information and documentation
13. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval
14. Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
15. Arrange sample packing and submission to customers for approval
16. Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers’quality and budget requirements

19. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirement
1. Experience in sundries and European / US market
2. Diploma or Above in related field
3. Minimum 1 year relevant experience
4. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
5. Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
6. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
7. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8. Literate in Microsoft office programs
9. Willing to travel
10. Immediately available is preferred
