职位描述
Responsibility
1. Take charge of office and direct labor recruiting.
2. Support the recruiting plan according to resources requirements.
3. Assist HR Manager deal with related affairs ( CV collection, interview arrangement, candidates contact,recruitment channel maintenance etc.)
4. Analyze training needs, implement training plan, and coordinate all the training activities.
5. Participate in related audits; assure the quality of training meet relevant requirement.
6. All training record, including excel and peoplesoft.
7. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Requirement
- At least 2 years manufacturing industry experience in recruiting or training.
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or Language.
- Good English and PC skill, especially in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
