职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Process customer orders, and help customer solve all order relevant issues
2.Closely work with customers & field sales to deliver high quality & satisfied service to customers
3.Take full accountability to improve Service Level in her/his areas
4.Manage complaints on product quality, order management, delivery service, etc.
5.Closely work customer solution team to improve operation quality & efficiency (OTIF, OSA, Stock management, etc.)
Qualification:
1.2+ years experiences in customer service function or sales;
2.Working experience in FMCG is a must;
3.Proven track record of OTC management and dealing with direct business
4.Strong ownership, and be able to work well under pressure
5.Strong problem solving and execution skills
6.Creative thinking and drive changes for outstanding results
7.Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
8.Customer oriented and quick action
9.Bachelor degree or above
