Responsibility:
1. Preparation and performance of inspection on Manufacturing process
-Make available and the documentation and understand the incoming material process.
Control every step of the process according to the PTR standard: supervise and schedule calibration of tools and gauges by external laboratory, carry out inspections on external equipments (bushings, cooling equipments, etc…) during their assembly with the transformer by the Manufacturing. Check the conformity of incoming items and materials, organizing inspection & test according to the purchase order documents. In case of necessity, coordinate with external inspection agency.
Certificate verification of incoming items.
-Fill the data to allow an efficient and complete reporting & analysis.

2. Audit of other process
-Carry out process audits (1st party audit) on internal process : tender, order, design, test, sourcing, incoming materials

3. Audit of the suppliers
-Carry out qualification and process audits of the suppliers.
-Carry out the studies about the critical materials. Prepare the complaint letters about the non-conforming materials. Evaluate the sub-suppliers.
-Perform the chemical tests of the materials and environmental activities of the supplier.

4. Test assistance
-Provide the internal tests to be carried out during the production steps and the special tests on the transformers which are prepared for the final tests.
Coordinate the actions during stage inspection by customer and to vendors ends by customer
- prepare the documents and data for Control Panels according to the Customer specification.
- make Factory and Acceptance inspections with the customer on completed transformers.
- provide the technical coordination with the customers during the acceptance tests.

5.Improvement
-Generate non conformity report & data collection for the shops.
-Prepare the quality records (Non Quality Costs & relevant KPI’s indicators); reports them in Production; animate the monthly major fault report.
-Analyze the failures and non conformity reports: causes research (with 5 why's PTR templates and other CI methods), manage, conduct and sponsor Six Sigma activities, action plan management.
P-articipate to cross functional meetings and reviews (contract review, sub contractors review, design review & manufacturing review, Unit quality/SAG/CAG…) to collaborate with every actor of the design and production process.

Requirement:
-Mechanical / Electrical Engineer degree
-TQM and Audits (Six Sigma Green belt at least)
-3-4 year experience in Electrical industry. A previous experience in manufacturing should be much appreciated.
-Communication, pedagogy and training skills
-Basic knowledge of quality management standards and systems (ISO…)
-English
-Attention to details
-Organization, sense of priorities
-Influence power (not hierarchical but influential)
-High level of technical understanding of the business, good awareness of Customer requirements and Project Management.
-Very accurate knowledge of the manufacturing process.
-Good knowledge of the Unit’s products and safety rules.
