The Product Category Manager will:
1. Create, manage, and consistently update a category business plan consisting of an evergreen product roadmap, a product lifecycle management plan, and a market and technology assessment
2. The Product Manager will orchestrate the successful product launches from inception through to completion. Must have experience bringing product to market.
3. Partner with Sales, Marketing and Training to ensure the development of successful sell-in and sell-through strategies
4. Build products and product lines consistent with the brand
5. Maintain professional relationships and drive objectives with external partners such as suppliers, technology alliances, manufacturers, customers, and others
6. The Product Category Manager will have a complete understanding of retail channels, distribution, sales and marketing.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above (exempt for extraordinary persons)
2. At least 3 years product management experience and specialised in certain product category within consumer electronics. Prefer background in following categories: Headphones, Camera Bags, Batteries
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skill and team work spirit
4. Enthusiastic, responsible personality, be able to work under pressure
5. Good computer skills, familiar with Office especially Excel and Internet
6. Willing to travel
7. Work in Shanghai or Shenzhen

职责：

1 开发、管理并持续更新自己的产品品类,制订产品发展规划及产品生命周期管理计划,并保持与公司品牌的连续性;

2 与销售、市场部门紧密合作制订有效产品销售策略;

3 与公司内部或外部合作伙伴共同推动产品研发、设计、生产、上市的进程；

4 全面了解国内零售,渠道的销售与市场营销。

要求：

1 本科及以上学历;

2 熟悉某品类的消费类电子产品或配件,有三年以上的产品管理或市场营销经验. 思维敏捷,具有行业洞察力。优先考虑以下品类背景的候选人: 耳机类、相机配件类（含相机包）、电池类;

3 出色的书面及口头沟通能力及团队协作精神;

4 具有高度工作热情和责任心;

5 推动性强,敢于担当,承压能力强,良好的逻辑思维能力以及分析问题、解决问题的能力;

6 良好的电脑技能,特别是Office软件的应用;

7 愿意出差;

8 工作地点：上海或深圳
