Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance file Regarding electronic
- Involve in define the SPPC for electronic components, and ensure transferring to supplier via VRF
- Analyze customers electronic specification
- Animate E-DFMEA with R&D team member
- Follow Design Validation and Process Validation of E components
- Participate to E-Design review including suppliers design review
- Initiate QRQCs in the case of DV or PV electronic test failures
- Validate the content of the VRFs of electronic components from a quality perspective
- Participate to the pre-FDPR and FDPR audit of electronic components with SQA team
- Review PPAP and insure the quality level of industrialization at electronic supplier with SQA team
- Verify LLCs have been used in the E-D/P FMEA to reduce rpn and respected
- Collect electronic components suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice
- Insure communication on risk with PTM quality in region and help region for customer relation on electronic subject
- After phase 2 design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with electronic product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix
- Participate to the project QRQC when a PDCA planned to be reviewed regarding electronic components
- Contribute to electronic quality system improvement
- Apply the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities, the potential risks and their consequences, be there attentive, be reagent, and know the associated action plans.
Requirements
- Engineer degree
- At least 2 years in Quality (Warranty, APU)
- 5 years of experience in process development of electronic product in automotive industry
- English Fluent
