任职要求：
1、一年以上互联网SEO推广经验,
2、熟悉SEO、SEM优化和分析
3、丰富的互联网线上推广经验，了解互联网的特质，熟悉网站的运作和推广的各种方式，拥有成功的推广案例和互联网资源（如网站站长资源、网络联盟资源、网络媒体资源等）；
4、熟知搜索引擎自然排名规则和网站优化技巧，熟悉SEO（Search Engine Optimization）、精通seo原理和实施方法、熟悉网页开发规范，熟悉搜索引擎优化技术。做好网站的seo工作：诸如关键字优化，meta标签优化，每个网页的meta描述，标题优化，网址URL内嵌关键字优化等，并积极寻找、交换优质外链。
5、熟练使用photoshop、dreamweaver,flash,ftp,microsoft access等相关软件,熟悉网站设计，代码优化，页内布局，网站内部导航结构的优化等。
6、精通Google、MSN、YAHOO、Baidu等搜索引擎相关知识以及Alexa排名机制和优化原则，定期查看关键字在3大搜索引擎上是否有广告显示，每个关键字的搜索量变化趋势，关键字自然排名的变化趋势，及导致关键字自然排名靠前是基于何种推广方式。
