职位描述
主要工作职责：
1、UAP质量
-Set up and coordinate QRQC method for each internal/external complaint
针对每一个外部/内部的抱怨发起和协调QRQC
- Insure that operators are quality trained and qualified in term of product and SR
保证操作工是受过质量培训并且对产品和SR项是有资质的
-Set up the quality KPIs with UAP manager and follow up : scraps, derogations, ... and pilot each action plan
与UAP经理一起设立KPI并且跟踪: 报废, 偏差等等并且牵头实施每个行动计划
-Responsible of quality document validation in each station (Standardized work, Inspection Instruction, rework documents, ...) and their coherence with the control plan。Make the documents such as CP and OK 1st part.
负责每个工位质量文件的确认(标准化操作指导书, 检验作业指导书, 返工等文件)并确保控制计划完成。
-Responsible of making finial decision for non-confirming parts when there is different opinion
在不合格品处理有争议的时候, 最终作出判断
-Serial life quality wall management
现生产的质量墙管理
2、其它工作任务
和HSE合作实施HSE培训
Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training
保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通
Ensure transparent timely communication with Line Manager
遵守健康安全环境规定
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
岗位任职资格：
1、本科及以上, 机械制造专业等理工类
Colleage or above major in Science about Mechanism
2、2年以上汽车制造行业工作经验；1年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验
At least 2 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and at least 1 year in Quality Inspection or Shopfloor Management
