岗位职责：

1.根据项目要求，牵头整个项目的开发，给出项目的整体设计方案，并完成关键零件的设计；

2.负责开发团队内设计任务的分配，负责团队内设计工作质量和交付期限；

3.负责与客户之间的技术交流，参加相关技术会议及后期项目总结会议；

4.对项目开发阶段的技术变更进行评判及审核，给出满足要求的技术方案并实施更改；

5.配合客户对工业化阶段出现的产品质量问题进行分析，对由于设计造成的问题给出改进方案并实施。

职位要求：

1. 汽车或机械专业本科学历， 5年以上汽车内外饰设计工作经验；

2. 熟悉塑料产品结构、材料性能、工艺和使用范围；

3. 熟悉内外饰设计开发流程，熟悉汽车内外饰的国内国际标准，熟悉APQP流程；

4. 精通产品内外饰零部件设计；

5. 具备管理、分配任务以及协调项目的能力；

6. 精通CATIA V5操作，能够熟练的使用CATIA V5进行产品设计及相关分析 ；

7. 高度的工作责任感和良好的职业道德以及承受工作压力的能力；

8. 熟悉汽车专业英语，能够使用英语或法语进行技术交流。
