Job description:
1. Two years Tailor-made training program both nationally and internationally with mentor to supervise progress.
为期两年的国内外针对性培训，由带教老师监督培训进程
2. The training program includes but is not limited to:
培训内容包括但不限于：
- 掌握市场活动绩效评估体系，并持续优化市场预算规划
Learn and master Marketing Performance Measurement system, and optimize budget plan continuously
- 市场推广活动策划与执行，行业展会，客户活动等
Marketing promotion activities planning and execution, industry fairs, customer events, etc.
- 新产品上市市场推广规划
New product launch marketing
- 分销渠道市场推广策略制定与执行
Develop marketing strategy to support distribution sales
- 协调沟通亚太地区其他国家市场推广活动
Coordination and alignment of marketing activities with other AP country units

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in commercial or technical field.
拥有商务或技术专业的硕士学历
2. Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German).
英语口语流利，书面表达能力强。掌握其他语言者（德语为佳）会优先考虑
3. Have 1~3 years working experience related to:
拥有一到三年左右的以下相关工作经验：
- 有相关企业对外宣传工作经验，代理公司如公关公司背景尤佳
External communication experience with international organization, agency background preferred, PR agency etc.
- 有相关线上市场推广经验，如社交媒体，apps互动媒体等
Be familiar with digital marketing, social media, apps etc.
- 善于内容策划
Have deep knowledge of storytelling marketing, content development
4. Gathered experience in international environment during study, internship or working.
拥有海外留学、实习或工作的经历
5. Have strong communication skills and leadership potential.
有较强的沟通能力和领导潜能
6. Open-minded and a good team player.
思维开放活跃，并有良好的团队合作精神
7. Mobile (nationally and internationally).
