工作职责：
1、全面负责公司的财务管理体系工作；
2、根据公司经营目标，制定公司的年度及阶段性财务资金预算和调配计划，并对公司的利润目标负管理责任；
3、负责公司各项财务政策及计划的落实工作，有效控制公司成本开支，确保公司资金的安全及有效；
4、推行公司的各项财务管理制度，监督各部门的财务执行情况；
5、负责组织公司财务管理制度、会计成本核算规程、成本管理会计监督及其有关的财务专项管理制度的拟定、修改、补充和实施；
6、组织领导编制公司财务计划，审查财务计划，拟定资金筹措和使用方案，全面平衡资金，加速资金周转，提高资金使用效果；
7、协助董事会、总经理、等决策层领导规范公司其它工作

岗位要求：
1、财务、会计、管理、金融、投资或经济专业本科以上学历；
2、有3年以上财务管理工作经验，有财务总监工作经历者优先；
3、熟悉财务管理细节、工业地产相关财务工作流程、业务文件处理；
4、具有知名会计师事务所，上市公司资本运作或财务会计工作经验者优先；
5、具有注册会计师或注册审计师资质者优先
