Job Description：

1、整合客户需求，制定短期和长期生产计划Integrated the customer demands, conduct the short term and long term production plan.

2、在保证满足客户需求的同时控制成品和半成品库存, 确保客户对现生产交付准时率的满意评价Ensure the customer demand be satisfied and control the FG & WIP inventory level as well,ensure customer's satisfied evaluation of JIT delivery rate.

3、保证月度计划，周计划，客户排程和主生产计划的一致性Make sure that both Monthly Demand Plan and Weekly Sales Forecast, inputs for customer schedules and Mps, are consistent each other

4、监控和管理JIT供应商的送货

Monitor JIT supplier delivery

5、评估生产计划的执行状况，生产线拉动系统的实施管理

Measure the performance of production plan，Management for pull system in production line

6、内外库成品及半成品库存管理

Inventory Management for FG & WIP by both internal area and external area.

7、当产能出现问题时管理并确定需求的优先顺序Manage and prioritize the demand against constraints on production capacity

8、在FES拓展的结构里,推动Pull system工具和方法在工厂内实施Within the framework of the FES deployment, drive the Pull system tools and methods within plant

9、直属经理交给的其他临时任务

Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager

Requirement：

1、2年以上物流相关经验
2 years working experience in Logsitics

2、良好的沟通能力，快速的行动力和执行力；

Be good at communication,fast action and excute.

3、良好的SAP系统逻辑分析能力和成品及半成品库存分析能力；

SAP system use & inventory analysis for FG & WIP

4、了解BOM，及MPS & MRP的逻辑理解

BOM understanding and MRP logist understanding

5、英文读写说能力.

English reading and writing, speaking skill
