主要职责：

1.及时开具发票并邮寄发票给客户，为客户提供良好服务，进行月度销量结账等相关工作；

2.检查SAP开具发票是否与税务开具发票是否一致，填写差异报表；

3.配合物流部门及时将运输费用入账和后期付款相关工作；

4.将每月收到增值税发票及时进行抵扣，并与系统进行核对，填写差异报告；

5.负责销售公司付汇业务，以及武汉酒厂收汇业务；

6.协助税务主管进行每月税务申报工作以及日常税务工作；

7.处理客户退货业务并开具红字发票；

8.核对每月银行余额，并填写调节表，及时将回单寄送总部；

9.配合准备公司内部审计，外部审计，以及税务局，银行要求的各种资料；

10.及时完成财务经理布置的其它工作任务。

任职资格：

1.三年以上会计从业经验 ，特别优秀者可适当放宽；

2.本科以上学历，具有会计从业证，有税务师和中级会计师资格者优先；

3.有良好会计和发票管理相关知识；

4.良好的沟通技能和心理素质，能够适应较高工作强度；

5.良好计算机能力，会使用SAP系统者优先；

6.工作细致，有耐心，责任感强。

工作挑战及压力：

1.较高工作强度，每月最后一天结账需要加班；

2.有耐心面对客户的各种问题并及时进行反馈；

3.工作认真仔细，将每月数以千计的发票寄出；

4.与集团内部、银行、外汇管理局、税务局建立良好关系。
