OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Responsible for production plan, production discipline management,5S maintenance, all kinds of statements to collect and summarize, staff skills training and assessment.

负责生产计划达成，生产班组劳动纪律管理，各类报表的检查、收集及汇总，员工技能培训和考核.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

· According to the production plan to arrangement production operator and trace the production status,

根据生产计划合理安排生产人员生产并追踪生产进度；

· Supervision the production process according to the quality control point,

根据质量控制点，监督生产过程；

· Responsible for employee development through coaching, coaching, training, motivating and counseling.

负责人员发展管理，包含对人员进行技能培训，激励及咨询引导；

· Good 5S management at workshop,

确保生产现场保持良好的5S环境

· Supervision and manage the TPM inspection, take action plan when need，

监督管理生产现场的TPM点检状况，针对异常做出改善；

· Make sure safety production, indentify the risk in time and modify or improve through action plan.

确保安全生产，及时发现和确认危险生产因素并进行改正及改善。

· Other task assigned by leader.

上司安排的其它工作。

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

· Demonstrated experience in motivating, mentoring employees and meeting business objectives.

激励并带领员工达成业务目标

· Demonstrated problem resolution skills i.e., 7D, 5P, 5-why etc.

熟练运用5S,7D，5W等工具

· Good time management and organizational skills.

良好的组织和管理能力

· Able to operate PC based software programs and operate automated business systems.

能熟练运用电脑办公软件

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

· Educational: College degree or above.

教育要求：大专以上学历，经验丰富者可适当放宽。

· Experience: At least four years management skill in manufacturing industrial.

经验要求：4年以上的生产现场管理经验

Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis, actuation, and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

A new expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will open in Wuhan. This new plant will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant will locate in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products include: rear caliper, front caliper, booster and master cylinder. First assembly line in Wuhan plant will launch in May, 2012, revenue target for 2015 will be 155 million USD.
