-配合创意需求，完成动画效果的设计
-独立完成Flash网站设计等制作

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 熟悉Flash网站架构，前台互动效果、前后台数据交互
- 熟练掌握与html、javascript、 xml、 c++、 java、FLASH Action Script结合应用
- 有较好的视觉、色彩审美设计能力、有较强的节奏把握能力、较强的动感制作能力
- 有flash交互设计相关经验，flash产品展示或者其他flash网站设计相关案例
- 良好的沟通能力和团队意识。负责的工作态度，善于与他人合作
