岗位职责目标：- 指导生产专员编制工厂生产计划及原材料、设备备件需求计划；
- According to the production plan, organize and coordinate all of the factory resources, including human resources, material, equipment, production tools and so on.
- 负责按照生产计划，组织协调工厂各方面的资源，包括人力资源、材料资源、设备及工装资源等；
- Organize the production according to the production plan, inspect and appraise the status of production, ensure accomplishment of the production plan.
- 按照工厂生产计划组织工厂生产，检查并考核生产完成情况，以保证完成生产计划；
- Be responsible for controlling working procedure so as to achieve the Production Quality Standard
- 负责工厂安全生产工序质量控制，并满足产品质量标准；
- Ensure the security of production and the working place management 10%
- 负责工厂安全生产及现场综合管理；
- Assist Maintenance Department to ensure that the equipments are in good condition and can suffice the requirement of production and quality. Assist arrangement and implement of repairing and maintaining equipment plan according to the status of equipment.
- 协助设备与安全管理部门保证工厂设备的完好率满足生产与质量的需求；根据设备状况协助安排设备检修与维修计划，并协助组织实施；
- Use the ERP System of the company
使用公司的ERP系统

Knowledge :学历
- Junior college at least
- 大专以上文凭；
- Basic English
- 能用英语做基本交流
Experience : 经验
- at least 2 years production management experience in casting manufacturing
- 具有铸造行业生产管理经历不少于2年；
- Be familiar with related foundry
- 熟悉铸造相关知识
- Know lean-production and total quality management
- 了解精益生产和全面质量管理
