Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage and monitor the test plan inserting internal
  requests, homologation requests, failure analysis (internal and customer claims).
• Plan laboratory people activities according to activity test plan, calculating people
  load schedule and planning overtimes, if needed
• Organize and participate to internal daily meeting in order to share activities,
  priorities and further problems related to the department
• Participate to daily production and quality meeting in order to support the
  organization by sharing information, giving proper feedback on test results and/or
  suggestions in order to improve quality and efficiency
• Prepare, coordinate, monitor any recovery plan may be necessary to ensure the
  work plan agreed
• Supervise metrology area, supervise measurements devices in laboratory and workshop, make sure the devices in right condition.
• Manage laboratory spare parts: codification check, if needed, physical inventory
  assurance, maintenance, supplying

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor Degree – Engineering background specialized in Machine Construction Technology;
• Technical knowledge: reading and interpretation of technical drawings, machine parts, tolerances, dimensional control;
• 5+ yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry, familiar laboratory equipment. 3+ years management experience in laboratory.
• Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system;
• Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, DOE, good at problem solving skills, like 6 Sigma,
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
