职责与任务：

1）：制定采购方针、目标、制度、作业程序和流程，并持续改进

2）：完成公司采购成本控制等年度目标

3）：按时完成采购预算的编制、报批

4）：组织商务谈判、签约

5）：协调收货、检验、付款等工作

6）：开发新的供应商，满足生产和降本需要，维护合格供应商清单

7）：定期进行供应商评估，推进供应商的持续改进

8）：负责原料、五金、成品和外库的管理，确保安全

任职资格：

学 历：理工专业本科及以上学历

经 验：5年以上制造业采购管理经验

知 识：熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；熟练使用SAP；受过谈判、管理技能开发等方面的培训
