【主要职责】

1、组织带领销售团队拓展外贸业务，有效达成公司下达的销售目标。

2、跟进并指导团队成员进行客户开发与维护，特别是对新业务员客户回复邮件的指导。

3、根据公司产品报价体系，审核团队成员的报价单。

4、跟进团队成员客户回款情况，对回款异常情况及时进行预警。

5、组织参加医疗器械展会，协调做好参展前期准备工作，保障参展顺利并取得成效。

6、定期组织召开销售会议，总结回顾前期销售情况，针对不足提出相应的改进措施。

7、组织开展销售人员培训，综合提升销售人员客户开发等相关技能。

8、定期与各相关部门进行沟通与协调，有效促进相关部门对销售业务的支持。

【任职条件】

1、本科及以上学历，外贸或英语相关专业，英语四级以上；

2、5年以上医疗器械相关行业外贸业务管理工作经验，2年以上同岗位工作经验；

3、掌握外贸业务相关流程及方法；

4、具备良好的组织协调能力、人际理解力；

5、具很强的目标感、坚韧性。

上班地点：武汉市江汉区沿江大道69号长航大厦1805武汉协卓联合贸易有限公司

工作时间：08：30--17:30 周末双休，节假日按国家规定放假时间执行
