【主要职责】

1.维护员工信息系统及人事文档，包括人力资源信息系统及考勤系统，员工个人档案及员工合同管理；

2.配合上级开展公司各类例会，完成通知发放、会议安排及会务管理等工作。

3.推进公司办公环境（卫生、绿化等）的创造与维护，营造良好的办公氛围。

4.协助上级实施员工绩效考核；

5.与员工保持有效沟通，协调并组织员工内部及外部的相关活动, 维护良好的办公秩序。

6.处理公司办公日常行政事务；

7.公司办公用品的订购、发放、盘点、成本控制；

8.负责公司车辆管理与安排；

9.对前台、保洁及室内绿化等行政工作进行管理和监督；

10.每月各项行政费用的审核报销；

11.协助人事经理处理日常事务，为公司经营发展塑造良好的外部环境。

【任职条件】

1.大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理或相关专业；

2.1年以上人事行政专员工作经验；

3.了解国家劳动行政和法律法规；

4.具有一定的英语读写能力；

5.强烈的工作责任心和工作主动性、执行能力强、为人亲和友善。

上班地点：武汉市江汉区沿江大道69号长航大厦1805武汉协卓联合贸易有限公司

工作时间：08：30--17:30 周末双休，节假日按国家规定放假时间执行

福利：按国家规定购买社保，按年限购买公积金
