工作职责

1. 协调内部和外部资源以完美执行IT项目；

2. 确保资源在项目团队和组织中的可用性和分配；

3. 确保所有项目在范围和预算内按时交付；

4. 协助确定项目范围和目标，使利益相关者参与并确保可行性；

5. 协调全面的项目文档，以供移交和后期制作使用；

6. 从我们的运营中收集持续的反馈以发展我们的流程；

7. 制定强有力的方法和计划，以监视，跟踪和验证进度。

职位要求

1. 适当的研究领域的学士学位或同等的工作经验；

2. 2年以上产品设计或软件行业的专业经验；

3. 在整个过程中领导数字产品开发的经验；

4. 项目规划，预算，撰写报告和情况介绍的管理技能；

5. 较强的协调能力，注重执行和结果。

薪资福利

1. 有竞争力的薪资，月薪10k-15k，待遇可面议;

3. 工作时间为星期一至星期五。

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of IT projects;

2. Ensure resource availability and allocation within the project team and organization;

3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;

4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring feasibility;

5. Coordinate comprehensive project documentation for handover and post production use;

6. Collect continuous feedback from our operations to evolve our processes;

7. Develop robust methods and plans to monitor, track and verify progress.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;

2. 2+ years of professional experience in the product design or software industry;

3. Experience in leading digital product development through its entire process;

4. Management skills in project planning, budgeting, writing reports and briefings;

5. A collaborative working style with a strong focus on execution and results.

Salary and benefits

1. Competitive salary and employee shares, 10k-15k, salary is negotiable.

2. Social insurance and housing fund, traffic allowance, meal allowance, festival welfare, regular physical examination, break tea, social activities.

3. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
