THE JOB OBJECTIVE:

*I Collaborate with Decathlon Passion brand & production teams, I manage industrialization with manufacturing suppliers to ensure a stable & reliable process from the initial design validation to mass production phase.

  

我负责产品的成本，量产前的质量，技术以及生产工艺标准的执行和优化，并保证生产过程中的持续改善

  

*I identify the quality risks and manage solutions findings.  

  

我鉴别与管理质量风险，提出相关解决方案，并落实行动

  

*I continuously improve my suppliers’  quality performance.

  

我帮助供应商持续改进其质量业绩表现

  

*I make my suppliers autonomous on Quality/Sustainable development/Process management.

  

 我协同发展与提高供应商在质量/可持续发展/工艺流程管理方面的自主性

  

 

  

 

  

 

  

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*I implement and maintain the Decathlon product specification in my supplier and evaluate the process base on Decathlon production requirements.

  

我根据迪卡侬以及行业技术标准来执行和确保供应商生产流程及相关技术要求的达成。

  

* ?I co-work with Product Engineer，and Manufacturing suppliers to optimize production solutions and ensure the sustainable increase of productivity with the stable quality of products and gain highest margin.

  

*我协同产品工程师，及供应商来优化生产制造方案，以达到持续的量产增长，并且产品的品质稳定及利润***化。

  

*I build and manage the Production control Plan of my perimeter (process/ product/supplier).

  

 我建立并且管理所负责的产品，供应商以及工艺流程的管控计划

  

*I ensure the products can be successfully developed and duplicated in different suppliers with stable quality and productivity.

  

我负责产品在其他供应商成功复制并且稳定批量生产。

  

 

  

 

  

*I monitor the quality performance and detect quality risks in my business scope. I implement appropriate actions accordingly.

The Brief Introduction of Decathlon
Decathlon group is a company possesses the whole industrial chains of sport products with develop & design, self-owned brands, retail, logistics and production. Decathlon was founded by Michel LECLERCQ in 1976, in France. By the end of 2019, 1647 stores had been opened in 57 countries and regions. Nowadays, Decathlon has been the biggest mass sport company in Europe.
       
Decathlon develop & design center ranked No.2 in France. Each year it releases more than 3,000 new products of over 20 passion brands. We provide a wide range of sports including Mountain Sports, Water sports, Cycling, Roller sports, Tennis, Table Tennis, Golf, Fitness, Team sports and so on. Globally, 85% of products sold in Decathlon are from self-owned brands. Decathlon production locate in more than 20 countries and regions in the world.
