Recruitment:
? Formalization of recruitment offers with the managers after validation of the General management, contact the recruitment agencies, recruitment applications/ Convening and conducting interviews/ response to nominations (also manage the acting companies)
在总管理人员确认后,与经理人员正式签订招聘合同,联系招聘机构,进行招聘申请/召集和进行面试/对提名的回应(还管理代理公司)
? Carries out the reception of new employees (company presentation, administrative formalities...)
接待新员工(公司介绍,行政手续...)
? Sets up integration training schedules with the hiring manager
与招聘经理一起制定整合培训计划
Staff administration & accounting:
? Establishes contracts of employment and ensures follow-up (endorses, evolution of agreement, etc
建立雇佣合同并确保后续行动(背书,协议的演变等)
? In charge for all Payroll declaration ((Also payroll calculation etc.), pay slips and must make sure that the social and tax contributions are declared and paid promptly. according to the HR policies and instructions.
根据人力资源政策和指示,负责所有工资单申报((也包括工资计算等),并支付工资单,并且必须确保及时申报并缴纳社会和税款。
? All hiring must be reported to the global HR Leader at Groupe R&D (except for workers) and a monthly reporting (R.H. indicators/management dashboards (absenteeism, workforce, movements...) must be communicated to the HR Leader
必须将所有聘用报告给Groupe R&D的全球人力资源主管(工人除外),并且必须向人力资源主管传达每月报告(R.H.指标/管理仪表板(旷工,劳动力,变动...)
? Records personnel movements (personnel register)
记录人员流动(人员登记)
? Ensures the administrative management of the hiring: prior declarations, insurance registration, delivery of documents (contracts, job card...)
确保对招聘进行行政管理:事先申报,保险登记,文件交付(合同,工作卡...)
? Keeps track of medical visits (according to the policy of the Groupe R&D)
跟踪医疗访问(根据Groupe R&D的政策)
? Counts the hours of attendance and absence of employees
计算出勤时间和员工缺勤时间
? Keeps up to date and manages individual personnel files
保持最新并管理个人人员档案
? Ensures administrative management of departures and end of contract
确保离职和合同终止的行政管理
? Done the certificates of return of work and certificates of pay
完成工作回执证书和工资证明
Skills management:
? Sets up the function (job) sheets and skills grids.
设置功能(工作)表和技能网格。
? Puts in place and ensures the proper realization by the managers of annual appraisal and development interviews
落实并确保管理人员适当地进行年度评估和发展面试
? Participates to the education of the Employees to the safety, welfare and wellness.
参加员工的安全,福利和健康教育。
? Also, organizing social events
