专科及以上学历，材料成型，工业工程、机械电气等相关专业，汽车或机械制造行业3年以上相关工作经验，  Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or Mechanical electrical. Over 3 years work experience in automobile or mechanical manufacturing industry 

熟悉压铸生产工艺等知识，并具备相应的过程工艺开发及问题处理能力。 Be familiar with die-casting process knowledge, and capable of dealing with the issues during process 

熟练使用Auto CAD及Office软件, Skilled in office and Auto CAD software

独立管理和开发压铸工艺3年以上工作经验。 independent 3 years experience in managing and developing die-casting process 

乐观积极，具有团队合作精神，乐于学习，善于沟通，并勇于承担责任。 Positive thinking, team player, willing to learn and communicate, willing to take responsibilities. 

英语应具备基本技术方面沟通能力。 Capability of English communication, at least in technical area.     

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities

 1、  负责产品量产过程中的问题处理。 Responsible for handling issue during mass production phase

 2、  负责对新项目压铸过程的工艺开发。 Be responsible for new program process development of die-casting 

 3、  负责对压铸工艺流程及作业文件的更新。 Be responsible for updating process and document of die-casting 

 4、  协助质量部门对质量问题进行分析讨论，并协助解决问题 Support quality department to discuss the issue and solving

 5、  对产线的日常工艺相关问题进行分析汇总，找出方案进行彻底解决 Summarize and analyze the daily issue from daily production, and find out solution to solve it completely 

 6、  定期对员工进行关键工艺技术及操作要求进行培训 Periodically training key process/technology and operation requirements for employees 

 7、  不断总结日常的问题点，并形成经验教训，定期与模具及质量进行检讨，并将经验教训应用到新项目开发中。 Continuously summarize daily issues, make it as lesson learnt , and review with tooling and quality to avoid same or similar issue to new program 

 8、  服从上级安排，完成上级交办的其它任务。 Complete other assignments given by supervisors
