职位描述:

薪酬待遇：

1、高额绩效无封顶+业绩奖励及其他各类单项奖金。一万月薪不是梦。

2、工作时间：周一至周五，早上9：00--17：30。休息时间：周末双休+国家法定休假日+国际节假日。

岗位职责：

1、负责拓展销售渠道，开发新客户，销售公司发行或代销的金融理财产品；

2、负责收集市场信息和客户建议，向客户传递公司产品与服务信息；

3、负责向客户提供与经纪业务相关的服务工作；

4、负责为客户提供各种综合性基础理财咨询服务；

任职资格
1、具有良好的沟通能力与谈判技巧，具有较强的业务拓展能力与服务能力
2、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
3、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
4、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。

Responsibilities:

1, is responsible for expanding sales channels, develop new customers, financial products issued or consignment sales company;

2, is responsible for collecting market information and customer recommendations to transfer the company's products and services to customers;

3, is responsible to provide customers with services related to the brokerage business;

4, is responsible for providing customers with a comprehensive basis of financial advisory services;



Qualifications
1, have good communication skills and negotiation skills with strong business development capabilities and service capabilities
