·Job Title:

Sales and marketing supervisor – Maintenance & Service

·Major Job Responsibilities:

- Develop & execute BD strategy of product group assigned

- Lead new product development in product group, manage P&L

- In charge of fast fitter products (Pads, Lubricant, Battery, Filtration, Spark Plug etc.) sales in AM channel

- Review product performance with sales team at regular basis

- Communicate with customer in their requirement on products

- Support in commercials/product to buyer in procurement process

- Coordinate with global & regional product team

- Product info release & training to customers and team members

- Product marketing support in branding & communication

·Major Job Qualifications Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):

- Bachelor Degree in engineering or marketing

- MIN. 3 Years working experience in sales and marketing

- Rich sales experience in Fast Fit (快修易损件) IAM channel

- Experience in Program Management Preferred.

- Good Communication skill in writing and verbally
