岗位职责：

1、接受公司职业技能培训扩展培训等内部培养；
2、通过电话沟通的方式对公司产品进行推广，完成各项指标；
3、通过电话沟通的方式了解客户需求，寻求机会完成任务；
4、通过电话沟通的方式，拓展新客户，并建立客户档案；
5、维护老客户的业务，挖掘客户的最大潜力；
6、与部门其他人员协作，充分把握客户需求，完成售前服务；
7、根据自身实际情况选择不同方式或开拓新型渠道开发客户；
8、根据客户需求和市场变化，对公司的产品和服务提出改进建议；
9、定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系；
10、经过公司培训及自身学习，具备配合团队的分析行情走势和解决客户需求的能力；

8、 有良好的团队合作意识，学习能力和沟通能力，协调能力；
9、 对于具备优异条件、海外留学、经验丰富的人员，可以放宽年龄或学历限制；

Telephone Sales:

Responsibilities:
