General Description

Maintenance Engineer is mainly responsible for the problem solving of production line equipment and maintenance guidance, inspection, spare parts preparation, etc.

维修工程师主要负责责任区域生产线设备的问题解决，保养指导、检查，备件准备等。

 

Key Accountabilities

• 及时、快速的处理重大设备停机故障；

      Timely and faster processing of major equipment downtime fault;

• 指导维修技术员做好日常巡检、设备保养工作；

  Instruct maintenance technician to do a good job of daily inspection, equipment maintenance;

• 优化、改善设备，使设备停机率保持较低水平；

  Optimization and improvement of equipment to keep the equipment downtime rate low;

• 设备备件的准备；

  Spare parts preparing;

• 培训维修技术员，总结维修经验，设法提高维修技术员的专业技术能力；

  Responsible for training and daily work arrangement, summarize the maintenance experience, seek to improve the expertise and technical capacity of maintenance technician;

• 降低备件消耗量，节约成本；

  Reduce the spare parts consumption and cost saving;

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• 电气自动化、工业自动化、机械工程及其自动化等相关专业本科以上学历；

  Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation, industrial automation, mechanical engineering and automation or related;

• 5年以上同类型企业同类型岗位工作经验或5年以上非标设备生产制造企业电气工程师岗位工作经验；

  More than 5 years working experience in the same type enterprises same position, or 5 years above of non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise electrical engineer position working experience;

• 熟练使用西门子200，300及1500系列PLC编程，熟练使用三菱FX系列、Q系列PLC编程，熟悉西门子、三菱伺服控制系统，熟悉ABB工业机器人，能独立示教、编程。Familiar with Siemens 200,300 and 1500 series PLC programming, familiar with Mitsubishi FX series, Q series PLC programming, familiar with Siemens, Mitsubishi servo control system, familiar with ABB industrial robot.

• 具有多种大型设备的安装、维护及改造经验, 要有独立完成三次以上设备改造经验；

  With various large equipment installation, maintenance and modification experience, having at least 3 times experience in independently completing equipment reconstruction;

• 能独立处理常见的机械零件故障问题，能熟练绘制简单的三视图，懂得常见机械零件的区别，加工手段，表面处理工艺等；

  Can independently processing of common mechanical parts failure problem, good at drawing simple three view drawing, understand the difference between common mechanical parts, means of processing, surface treatment, etc.;

• 良好的英语读、写能力, 能与人进行简单的工作沟通；

  Good reading and writing skills in English, can simple communication at work;
