1.编写产品相关文档，包括需求规范说明书、产品设计文档、用户手册、功能说明书、产品资质申请等相关技术文档

2.参与产品相关的知识库的构建，集中存储所有技术文档资料，保证文档版本一致性

3.参与辅助项目文档标准化、制度化、规范化工作，可编写面向项目技术支持文档

4.收集、整理、保持部门的相关文档规范及模板，持续改进更新产品技术文档，并提升文档质量

5.参与公司产品说明和推广等支持工作

6.领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

1.计算机、通信、电子以及相关专业本科以上学历

2.技术文档2年以上工作经验，了解质量认证体系

3.良好的表达能力与写作功底，文字表达能力强，擅长归纳和总结；

4.具备技术性产品文档、项目技术文档写作能力，可编写软件流程图、产品需求分析等工作者优先

5.良好的技术背景和快速学习能力，能积极思考，主动观察和学习，善于自我管理和提升

6.工作细致，有调理，有耐心，有责任心，具备一定资源协调能力
