准备售前资料

  

Prepare pre sales materials

商讨卖方所设计的图纸,和修改的审批

  

Discuss vendor design drawings and approve modifications

确保产品符合交货期

  

Ensure the output meet delivery schedules

  

主要任务和职责

  

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. 负责售前客户工程设计工作

Responsible for pre-sales Customer Engineering design activities

  

  

2.负责提供售前技术和交易提案

  

Responsible to provide Pre-Sales technical and commercial proposals

  

  

3.进行客户拜访阐述设计方案

  

Require to visit customer to explain the designs worked

  

  

4.准备拜访报告,和部门经理进行商讨

  

Prepare visit reports, discuss with department manager

  

  

5.处理相关文件,做好提案准备

  

Making documentation, Proposal preparation

  

  

6.协调资源支持售前项目工作

  

Coordinate resources to support pre-sales project

  

  

7.制作刀具图纸、夹具图纸等投标技术说明资料

  

Make tooling 、fixture drawing and other Bid document.

  

  

8.评估整体方案合理性。

  

Evaluate the reasonableness of the overall plan

  

  

9.负责销售的应用工艺设计的支持

  

Post sales application technical design support

  

  

10.确保小组的计划与目标的完成,否则对偶然事件作出详细的解说

  

To ensure the organization’s goals and objectives are met and if otherwise, to formulate contingency plans.

  

  

11.支持竞标部门做设计修正

  

Support runoff department for any design modifications

  

  

12.制造项目实施计划，监控计划的进展

  

Make project schedule and verify the progress of such plans

  

  

13.负责与卖方的设备制造与相关报价.

  

To work with vendors to manufacture fixture and prepare quotes

  

  

14.使得卖方的报价具有法律效力,并且汇报给部门经理

  

To validate the quotes from vendors and report to department manager

  

  

15.安排和监控设备制造,并且汇报给部门经理

  

To schedule and monitor manufacturing and report to department manager

  

16.遵守公司的安全条例和其它章程

Abide by the company’s safety rules and regulation

17.支持技术研讨会,展览会,通过介绍本部门的规划来提高应用零件部的交易Support seminar programs, open house and presentations programs to enhance PM Business.

18.执行公司分配的其它工作任务

Carry out any other duties assigned by company

职位描述

  

Position Specification

  

教育背景: 大专以上学历,机械工程专业或其它相关专业

  

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering courses

工作经验: 至少5年机加工经验,工艺设计经验,具有相关工作经验

  

Experience: At least 5 Years of engineering experience Machining, Designing solutions, working experience in machining process

  

熟悉液压和机械设计

  

Knowledge in Hydraulic concepts and fixture design

  

懂得夹具与机床的连接

  

Knowledge in Interface fixture to machine

  

具有CAD软硬件操作知识

  

Solid works, Auto Cad Software handling capacity
