• 负责在现场进行日常的安全、进度、费 用及质量管理。
• 审查承包商的进度计划、施工方案，材料报审、信息 询问单及现场指令单。
• 跟踪承包商的材料的第三方检测，含硅检测，样板工 程制作及竣工档案的编制情况。
• 管理所有现场施工活动，及时向业主及项目总监汇报 所有施工产生的各类问题。
• 协调与项目相关各参建方的施工界面问题。 ·
• 根据业主需要参加各方组织的会议包括但不限于：项 目界面会议、与承包商的项目例会、与工艺的项目例 会、与业主的项目例会及其他专项会议。 ·
• 每日现场检查，巡视进度、并协助质量小组进行问题 整改。
• 针对重要的施工部位及里程碑要拍照片及视频并交给 各单体文控存档。
• 施工完成后，根据业主内部CAH流程，编制调试移交 计划并实时跟踪进度，确保项目顺利完成移交。
