ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES基本职责：

  

• Import / export order tracking: on time delivery, close in SAP 进出口订单交付进度跟踪，确保及时交付和SAP关闭。

• Prepare and review the shipping documents for import & export进出口货运单据的制作和审核

• Freight forwarder and transportation company sourcing, price negotiation, contracting and executing. 货代和物流公司寻源、议价 、下单及执行

• Customs clearance 清关

• Collect full set of documents and support the finance to get export duty draw back整理全套单据，支持财务办理出口退税。

• Claim management in case of loss and damages from transport 发生货损时索赔

• Supervise packing, loading, unloading 监督包装及装货、卸货。

• Transport cost forecast for bidding project.投标项目运输成本预估

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.执行上级安排的其它工作

JOB REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：

  

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions in English and Chinese能理解并执行中英文口语和书面指令.

• Qualification Certificate of Customs Declaration报关员证

• Speaking and writing in both English and Chinese能用中英文进行口语和书面的基本交流

• Good customer communication skills良好的客户沟通能力.

• Knowledge of computers and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint能熟练运用计算机软件，如Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等.
